Arising from the merger of the MAAF, MMA, DAS, SMABTP and Auxiliaire portfolios, Covéa Fleet is the only insurer in France specialising in corporate fleets and transport.

Its coherent, unified offer is bolstered by the company's size and  market leading position, along with its strong brand awareness and renowned know-how.
Covéa Fleet provides its partner networks with innovative products and a cutting-edge extranet. It also develops business actions with the business units of the Group.

In spite of a 1.95% drop in gross premiums in 2009, down to  689.4 million euros, (mainly due to the economic crisis which hit the transportation sector quite hard) Covéa Fleet held on to its market share, with one out of every four vehicles in France insured.

Portfolio monitoring led to a slightly improved claims/premiums ratio and net income of 4.3 million euros in 2009.

Traffic accidents are one of the leading causes of death and inability to work. Through prevention, companies better control driving risks and motivate their employees. To meet this need, Covéa Fleet created Covéa Fleet Solutions, a subsidiary entirely dedicated to driving risk prevention in companies.
